Ben Erwin was raised in Salt Lake City. He completed his master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Hawaii, and his Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University. He is an AAMFT approved supervisor and is core faculty with Argosy University’s Marriage and Family Therapy Program. He has served as president of the Utah Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, been a member of the Governor’s Behavioral Health Workgroup and on the Salt Lake County Mayor’s Behavioral Health Advisory Council. His clinical specialties include emotionally focused therapy, addictions, same gender attraction and adolescents. He and his wife Sarah are the proud parents of five children.
