Life after a divorce has never been easy for any woman. A divorced woman feels insecure about her unseen future and goes through moments of heartbreaks. 1.Sheryl Sandberg

Sheryl Sandberg is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, having previously worked with big giants like Google and World Bank. She once advised women saying, “Who you marry is the single most important career decision you make”. She has been married twice. Her first marriage to Brian Kraff lasted for a year and she got divorced in 2004.
She has been acknowledged as one of the most successful female executives in Silicon Valley and even published a feminist memoir Lean in. No doubt, she is the perfect example of a career-oriented businesswoman. Life never changed for her even after divorce, instead she emerged as a woman of substance.
2.Wendy Davis

Wendy Davis is a lawyer and a politician. She represented District 10 in the Texas Senate from 2009 to 2015. But before turning into a politician, Wendy got divorced at the age of 21, was struggling to earn a living for her daughter. For her survival, she worked as a waitress and at a doctor’s office while attending community college.
After completing her graduation from Harward Law School, she served for Fort Worth City Council where she won a Fort Worth seat in Texas Senate in 2008. She is truly a hero!
3.Elizabeth Gilbert

Famous writer Elizabeth Gilbert was almost broke after divorcing her first husband. She even suffered a nervous breakdown. Later in her 30’s, she started travelling, from Italy to India and wrote her memoir Eat, Pray and Love which was a huge success for her.
She is now married to Jose Nunes in 2007 and is running a Balinese imports store.
4. Katy Perry

This 27-year-old singer was married to Russell Brand and got divorced just after 14 months of their marriage. The songstress holds no regrets for her unsuccessful marriage. She is still known as a pop music sensation.
She said in an interview, “I still believe in love and marriage. I’ve just learned lessons along the way. I regret nothing.”
5. Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has been divorced twice, firstly to Damon Thomas at the age of 24 and then to Kris Humphries at 32. Her divorce has taught her to take things slowly in a relationship.
Kim is very much ambitious since childhood. Before becoming a celebrity, she worked in retail stores and made money by selling things on eBay. She is now married to Kayne West and is happily married to him.
These women are a great source of inspiration proving that divorce is just not the end of life; rather a chance to reinvent yourself forever.
